"I called Arid when my sump pump that the previous owner left died during a rain storm. I spoke with Pat, who was extremely responsive, honest, and professional. Pat was very understanding as I explained that water had come up into the basement through the sump well. He sold me on a primary and backup pump system with battery backup and sent his crew out to my home that day. The installation took about 40 min and 20 min after the pump was installed, the water levels dropped back to normal. I have already hired Arid again to come back and perform a liner install around the pump and will look to Pat and his team in the future for all my basement waterproofing needs."

The interior wall was cleaned and drylock masonry paint was applied. My landscaping on the outside had to be removed and then put back. They did such a good job that you couldn't even tell it had been moved at all. We also had Bob and his crew complete a second job for us. This involved excavating another trench but in the back of the house along 16 feet of the foundation, replacing a drain pipe and waterproofing. They were at our house for three days.
