"10 minutes after I entered the need for emergency services for a clogged drain Jorge contacted me. 20 minutes later he was at my home. We showed him the clogged toilet, shower and garage, he removed the toilet (which cost extra) unfortunately, due to the amount of pressure shitty water was everywhere. He snaked the toilet and was able to reach the problem, someone put baby wipes and paper towels in the toilet. He helped clean up. Fortunately, my husband had a wet vac. Problem solved, bleach and water will take care of the rest. Thank you Jorge."

"Extremely satisfied.  Company was responsive (My initial call to them was on Xmas Day when I noticed the sewer backed up in my back yard).  They called me back immediately and  agreed to send someone to look at it the next day (after ansering some questions, we agreed it was not an emergency) - they came the next day as promised and even called prior to their arrival.  The plumber assessed the situation and took pictures to send back to Larry.  I spoke with him and agreed to have them come back on Monday when the equipment  needed to address would be available (needed an extra long hose and camera set up given the location of the cleanout cup).  Each time dealt with the company (Larry) he would call to let me know status and options.  On the day they came, Larry and his associate were at my home at the time promised.  Spent nearly 3 hours and all is well.  So although a bit pricey, well worth it given the responsiveness and professionalism of the company.  Would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

I have used Sila on 3 occasions and they always arrive 10-15 mins after scheduled appointment time. If they don't start work until 8:00am at the company site, customer should be told this in advance, instead of waiting for someone to come at 8:00am. Sila is a local area provider which is why I use the company.

Master plumber determined that both toilet water levels had not been properly set by prior contractor (Jireh Handyman). Master bathroom toilet was down three (3) gallons and the second bathroom toilet was down two and a half gallons (2.5). In addition, master plumber made some minor adjustments to the toilet tank hardware to function more smoothly.

I was under the mistaken impression that my purchased deal was for two hours of work, so I asked if he could make sure that both my sink and tub drains were functioning properly. In the past, I had some drainage issues. This is when the master plumber informed me that Sila had not replaced his plumbing snake because his was broken. I found this to be very unprofessional, especially since he was a master plumber.

When the contractor appears on the day of service, please remind the customer of the deal that was purchased, since most customers do not print out the purchased deal. In my case, it was for $200 worth of master plumber work, not 2 hours.

"Anji recommended four plumbers. Cassidy was the first to respond on Friday afternoon. One other plumber responded but I could not understand his heavy accent, and he asked me if I wanted him to replace the whole burner assembly. That made no sense to me and I questioned him about it. Suddenly he became "too busy" and hung up the phone. Another plumber didn't respond until Monday morning. Too late. The fourth plumber never responded at all. Cassidy asked if it was an emergency or could wait until Monday. I said Monday. and asked what time? I did not get an answer on Friday. Around 8:30P I called and got an answering service which told me that I wouldn't get a response until Monday because their office closed at 8:00P. I had asked about what time on Monday before 6:00P George arrived Monday morning. He was friendly. He knew what he was doing. He replaced the thermocouple. All work was done neatly and professionally. We have hot water again. I'd use Cassidy again."
