Kelvin was great. We are visiting our son and family and he had a faucet that hasn't work for a while. I decided to get it fixed (mom mode set in). I went to Angie's and he immediately texted me, I gave him info on what was to be done, he gave me a price, and said he could be here in 45 min. I asked for his insurance certificate, which he immediately sent over. He was here within the 45 min., did the work quickly and efficiently. I was very impressed, and would highly recommend him .

I had a problem with my toilet and I had a few people look at and tell me to get a new toilet. I contacted Kelvin and he showed 30 minutes later. He had to leave and get a part and not long after returning our toilet was in working order. His price was very reasonable, he was fast knowledgeable and honest!! He not only diagnosed the issue with my old water heater quickly, but went above and beyond to make sure the new one was installed properly and timely. Almost a year later, when the heater started acting up again, he didn't hesitate to follow up he took the time to find and fix the root cause, and didn't stop until everything was running perfectly. Throughout the entire process, he remained professional, courteous, and positive. It's rare to find someone so dedicated to their work and their customers. Highly recommend!
