"Mr Gary Meglino contacted me with a few hours of my request for a mold inspection in my attic , upon arrival he explained how the inspection is conducted ,samples taken and sent to Laboratory for analysis , further stating the lab reports are documented to protect the seller and prospective buyer . He shared both the necessary findings and suggestions on how I could go about resolving them, providing options and his expertise. He beat his competitors in terms of price and included things that are typically an additional charge. I very much appreciated how he carried himself and his professionalism. The inspection was in the late afternoon/evening and the next morning he provided the inspection. Would recommend!"
