He shared both the necessary findings and suggestions on how I could go about resolving them, providing options and his expertise. He beat his competitors in terms of price and included things that are typically an additional charge. I very much appreciated how he carried himself and his professionalism. The inspection was in the late afternoon/evening and the next morning he provided the inspection. Would recommend!"
