"The most important thing to review when you want to purchase a home, after the inspection, is the Home Inspection Report. My reporting database indicated the report was opened for 6 minutes; 42 seconds ~ 8 months prior to this review. When have a home inspection completed with a FULLY furnished home, in an 1890 aged poor condition structure with numerous issues, as detailed in the report, you will find more problems behind the walls; floors when renovations are completed. VERIFY does it throughly, completely and ABOVE what NYS recommends. The rest is up to the consumer to be diligent and communicate effectively with the inspector - pre-close."
