Arthur did my home inspection for a coop purchase and was very attentive and descriptive. He answered every question I had throughly. Arthur even assisted me afterwards by telling me questions I should ask the seller before my purchase. If I ever buy another home I would ask him to inspect. Thank you Arthur

Arthur and his team are incredible. They performed a thorough inspection and offered a wealth of knowledge, which was much needed as first time home buyers. They saved us from making a horrible deal, as they uncovered a lot about a home that the sellers/broker tried to hide! And, they were readily available after hours if we had any further questions. We are extremely grateful for the expertise, professionalism, transparency, and kindness, and fully intend to use them for our future purchases. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Art is a fantastic inspector and person. He is beyond knowledgeable in his field and does an extremely thorough job, leaving no stone left unturned. His reports are clear, concise and detailed! Art took countless calls from us, never making us feel like a burden. He explained everything in detail and checked in with us along the way. Art used his network of people to check and double check facts and answer any unusual questions that popped up along the way. You can tell that Art is the kind of person who only does what is in his clients best interest. That was more than proven when he squeezed in our inspection in on his birthday! He went above and beyond visiting the home on multiple occasions just to ensure the quality of the sellers word/workmanship. I cant say enough amazing things about him and would recommend him over and over again. Any buyer is lucky to have him as your inspector!
