Olivier is extraordinarily thorough in h=is inspection and report. No stone was left unturned, and his report was extensive, detailed, and clear. He is committed to doing his best for his customers and giving them the best sense of the home they are about to potentially purchase. Olivier was terrific. He was incredibly thorough and left no detail out of his inspection or his report. He took the time necessary to inspect all elements of the inside and outside of the home, he was patient in explaining what he found, and he was able to put all his comments within a helpful perspective. We used Dr. House Inspections LLC to do a pre-home inspection before listing our home with our real estate broker . He is the most thorough home inspector I have ever used . He brings a tremendous value, due to his working knowledge of his field . He had a quick turn around time on getting us our written report to us . If I have a chance to use his service again I would not hesitate one second to call on him .
