He jacked up the steps, drilled small holes in the concrete, and injected a special foam substance with his machine. The steps are now level and look like they are not going anywhere. I asked for a few extras and he did not leave the site until he was sure that I was completely satisfied with his work. I would hire him again and would also recommend him to other people."

I was given a very fair estimate to which I agreed to and he then put in the order for the door.
Once it came in he returned and installed both the door and new opener.
Once done, he tested it and showed me how to lubricate and care for it.

Jim came out conducted a full inspection and told me the honest truth that I could spend the money to have them come in and do the work, but this really was something that was more suited for a DIY situation as long as I felt comfortable with some basic tools and abilities. If I got in over my head they would certainly come and fix everything but for the time being and the cost of materials, this was something I could handle.
