He jacked up the steps, drilled small holes in the concrete, and injected a special foam substance with his machine. The steps are now level and look like they are not going anywhere. I asked for a few extras and he did not leave the site until he was sure that I was completely satisfied with his work. I would hire him again and would also recommend him to other people."

A meeting was arranged for Derick to come an look at the location plus take measurements.
He showed up and was very professional and knowledgeable about the whole process.
I was given a very fair estimate to which I agreed to and he then put in the order for the door.
Once it came in he returned and installed both the door and new opener.
Once done, he tested it and showed me how to lubricate and care for it.

"After some delays the work was done as described above.  It looked perfect. We were warned to stay off it for several days and leave the cars off it for a week so it could cure completely. IT NEVER DID! The office was very responsive.  Inspectors came out.  Perhaps humidity was delaying the curing.  "Give it a few more days, another week. try mopping it, etc"  Nothing worked. After several weeks they decided to clean the surface and reapply the finish coat. After waiting for this to cure the job was finished as promised. Except for the frustration we are happy with the job."
