"Tony and his team repaired my two decks, replacing rotted boards, reinforcing the railings, sanding the floor and drink rail, and staining/sealing them. Though the decks were only 5 years old, they were discolored, stained, and had mold spots from being in the shade throughout the day. They look like new now. They also built a paver stone platform at the bottom of our deck stairs. And reset the paver platform and stairs, replacing some splintered boards in front of our front door. "Estimate/seeing space - late and rescheduled once. 
I run my own business so took off a day and scheduled a day for the painting a few weeks in advance.  The morning the work was to be done I called after they were late and was told they weren't coming.  He had been at the firehouse all night and was still there.  Not one of his other 3 employees or him tried to call the night before or early in the am to let me know.  I love those that volunteer but when people are counting on someone to show up, it is no way to run a business. 
He rescheduled with my husband to come 2 days later - I had to work so my husband had to work from home to accomodate the change.  We had company coming into to town so needed it done asap.
