I had a large, 16 x 38 ft in-ground pool, until one day, several years ago, the pool liner ripped, draining most of the water. It was the end of the summer, so I figured I would just replace the liner in the spring, sometime. Well, spring came, and so did lots of rain. The pressure built up behind the steel walls and pushed them in because there was no water in the pool to push back on the walls. I've been living with a disaster zone in my backyard for several years, knowing the expense of addressing this properly would require some savings. Finally, after deciding to just remove and fill the pool in, and securing enough funds, I looked for demo companies on Home Advisor. After looking at a few companies, I found DigWorx with some really good reviews and had them out to provide a quote. I met with Slade, the owner, showed him my project, and he reassured me that this was exactly the type of thing he does. He provided me a very reasonable quote and so I decided to go with them. In just a few days, he came in with some pretty impressive equipment, a relatively new backhoe and bulldozer, and started breaking up the wooden deck around the pool as well as the steel wall that was mostly buried. He quickly completed the demo in one day and finished filling in the hole over the next two. He finished the top off with very good quality top soil, and seeded it with professional grade grass seed. He did an amazing job grading and making it level wth the surrounding areas. Digworx gets the best possible rating from me for their professionalism, fast and excellent quality of work and at a very reasonable rate. And also because, Slade went above and beyond for me. He accommodated a few extra requests, like demoing an old little gazebo and couple of old concrete post holes that I think we're probably used for a clothes line at one point, and an old tree stump. He also recognized that the part of the deck that I was keeping was sagging a bit, and suggested that I get some posts from Home Depot for them, which I did, and he installed them for me. All of which, he didn't charge extra for. DigWorx is awesome and you should definitely give them a call first if you're looking for a great and trusted company to address your needs. You won't be disappointed."
