Transfer Energy HVAC really strives on customer service! Any questions answered with honesty from years of experience. We like to explain how the equipment works and what the work all entails. Top of the line equipment with most competitive rates!. On time and relievable support during and after the work being done

"Dustin was quick on finishing the project, but the follow up service was disjointing. He did our furnace in one day but after we gave him the check, he is no way to be reached, He promised to give receipt after the service but never hears from him. We called for the questions many times, never return the call. Not recommend if you want a good after service project."

Heating Oil questions, answered by experts

Your HVAC manufacturer will give you instructions on how often you should service your system. Have your unit professionally serviced at least once a year when in doubt.

Heat pump systems are different because they provide heating and cooling solutions for your home. In this case, you should have it serviced at least twice a year.

Costs depend on system age, type, labor, and whether part replacements are necessary.

You can expect a geothermal system to last for years. According to the Department of Energy, the underground infrastructure for the heat pumps lasts about 25 to 50 years, which includes the pipes buried in the soil. The actual heat pump itself has a life span of around 25 years.

While it's generally safe to stay in a home with a coolant leak if your home is properly ventilated, it's important to have a professional come out to assess the situation right away. You should evacuate your home if you notice any powerful fumes. Additionally, you should leave your home if you are experiencing headaches or dizziness.

There are three main types of heat pumps. An air-source heat pump system is the most common and has two parts—an indoor air handler unit and an outdoor heat pump unit. A ductless heat pump system functions similarly to an air-source heat pump system but doesn’t need ductwork to distribute the air. A geothermal heat pump system pulls heat from the ground to help heat your home.
