"wow.... that is some negative review she gave to a senior master tech who has a 50-year plumbing experience..... by the way I don’t think she was 30 years old herself so let’s analyze ... #.1...Price.....she rates me a ......f...the SHARKBITE ball valve is $35.00 + $80.00 service call + $80.00 labor = w/tax $210.60.... #.2...quality...she rates me a ....f...The ball valve is superior , to the old crank turn valve,...it will not wear out ,1/4 turn to close, and no pressure drop, and no soldering....labor saving.... #.3...responsiveness...she rates me a...B...she called stating no water to cook, bathe or toilet,...I immediately went to service her problem, within 1 hour....that should be rated ...A....it took 1/2 hour drive... #.4...punctuality....she rates me ...B....I was there in a 1/2 hour....after she called...that should be a...A.... #.5...professionalism.....she rates me a... F...I gave her the best valve, fast service, and done quickly to keep labor low....and I took away her old micro wave for free....that should be a...A.... She got 5 out of 5 wrong....I went to her house immediately, saw dishwasher removed, water on the floor, wet bath towels in the kitchen sink, I tightened the shut off 3 more turns, put a bucket at end of water pipe to catch the drip, went down cellar turn the main on and the valves was so bad it over shot the bucket and got water on the floor, turned the main off, mopped up the water on the kitchen floor with bath towels, unsoldered the old valve, cleaned the copper pipe and installed a push on SHARKBITE 1/4 turn ball valve......who ever she got to reinstall the new dishwasher should know how to complete the water line to the dishwasher.... Within an hour of my services she had the water back on to cook , bathe, and use the toilet, for her family....I also informed her that I service boilers and water heaters and placed a company sticker on each if she needed future service....that is standard company practice for the homeowners benefit....I donot object to being criticized provided it is truthful and accurate....I would like an explanation why she called me a ....schmuck....also she asked if I could take the microwave away on the curb that trash refused, I took it for away for free.....I will email her to see if she will correct her misunderstood ratings..."
