"Mike previously purchased supplies and did roofing work for us, and we were pleased. However, he noticed a faulty electrical socket connected to our heat tape and offered to replace it. He requested and was paid a substantial amount to purchase supplies for the socket and stated a return date to be three days later. He did not return, he did not answer any texts, phone calls and emails. Finally, he did respond and gave another return date which was about ten days later but still did not show up or answer texts, emails or phone calls. I am adding to this review: 3/14/2020: I have been reimbursed for the supplies not purchased and the work not done. I have added a separate review but it is still pending. The work Mike did for us was good. The first three times he responded quickly and arrived promptly as promised. Good communication is essential, and the lack of it is why I wrote the negative review. UPDATE 3/16/2020: Our roof was leaking badly. Mike responded to our call quickly, and came to help us on a weekend. He shoveled part of the roof and attended to the horrid ice dam. He returned two more times and shoveled and got rid of two more ice dams. He was a very hard worker and also seemed knowledgeable. I felt that he deserved a good review for the good work that he did on our roof. I also should note that the charge was very high, (hence the lower score for value for money) but we were glad to have someone show up to do the work. He returned the money today that we gave him to do the electrical work. (see other review by James B. - Breckenridge) I do not know why he suddenly stopped responding. I have to add because of that, I would be hesitant to consider him."

"Scott Maley did an awful job on my floors. He completely ruined them to the point where I need to get them completely redone. Do not choose Scott to redo your floors, he had no idea what he was doing, and it out me back a whole week into moving into my new home, and now I need to get the floors completely redone. He literally polyed my vents to the floor. He also didn't clean the floors before putting on the layer of poly, which I told him to make sure to do, but there are literally pieces of grass stuck underneath the layer of poly. It's just awful and I can't believe how blindsided I was by his incompetency. I took him to small claims court and the judge decided in my favor. Now I need to work on getting my money back which I rightfully should receive for the awful work he did that now needs to be redone. "

"We contacted Matt to demolish a very old deck and build a new Trex composite deck, stairs and railing. The entire base support structure of the old deck needed to be replaced, including attachment points to the home that were rotted due to poor design and flashing of the prior deck. When looking for a contractor we researched many options. We eliminated contractors who seemed to only occasionally build a deck, those who had a different primary focus area, and those who did not often do composite decking. After then reading his positive reviews across AngliesList, Facebook, & Google, and seeing photos of many projects that appeared to be the type of work we were looking for, we reached out. Communication was excellent from the initial quote through completion of the project. The quality of the work and attention to detail was excellent. The project was a notable investment in our home, but we are very pleased with the results would highly recommend Matt to others."

Noah and Dane are incredibly efficient, meticulous, and detail oriented. They worked very well as a team and made sure I felt involved.
