The team from NAS did an exceptional job. Removed the old countertops and installed the new one's in the same day. They were meticulous with the installation and left my kitchen clean without any evidence of construction. They also did a bunch of little things that showed that extra customer care touch (cleaning the area below my sink, vacuuming behind my range. NAS is definitely the way to go!

I needed a small slab for a powder room vanity so I was at the mercy of the "leftovers" but luckily I found just what I was looking for. Though it was a small job Sam still gave me the time and attention I'd expect if I were spending 20K on a remodel. All my emails were answered in a timely manner and Dave, the installer, arrived on time to measure and again to install. They did the tear out, and installed a new sink and faucet. Looks great!

NAS is a small family owned business - that is one of the reasons we chose to buy our granite from them. The owner, David is a stand up man, who knows a lot about granite, plumbing and cabinetry.  He measures perfectly and combines professionalism with friendliness. A showroom staff person, by the name of Chance, helped us with our granite selection. Chance was very helpful and really honed in AND listened to what we wanted and could afford. We chose Kashmir White granite - it is beautiful!
The installers are professional, friendly and meticulous!. They did an excellent job putting in the granite, sinks and sawing off the bottom of an out dated kitchen cabinet.  An A+ group of guys who know what they are doing!
We did have a problem - We wanted NAS to install everything - granite, sinks (we bought from them) and a faucet I ordered online. My thinking was, that if a problem came up, we would be contacting one place. NAS has a plumber that does the plumbing. That was were we had a problem. The plumber did not change out the HOT and COLD turn off valves and did not blow out the lines.  For one whole month, I had poor water pressure. The manufacturer of the faucet, sent us a second faucet - in good faith - so that the plumber could come back and put in another, in case the problem was the faucet.
After several calls and texts to the plumber (this went on for 2 1/2 weeks), the plumber said he would not come back without another charge. We paid quite a bit of money to NAS to put in a single hole faucet that was not working right. From the get go, we should have called NAS, first, rather than the plumber.  The counters, sinks and faucet were originally installed on 6/4 -- the owner, David fixed the faucet on 7/1/2015.  There were disintegrated rubber pieces in the line. David changed out the HOT/COLD turn off valves and we now have a high quality stainless steel faucet with Niagara Falls water pressure. We had out of town company at our home, for the 4th of July that joked, "that the fire department might want to use my faucet to put out fires in the neighborhood"! The same morning I called NAS -- spoke to Joan -- within 2 hours of my call, David arrived and fixed our faucet! 
I HIGHLY recommend NORTH AMERICAN STONE - they have BEAUTIFUL granite slabs to pick from, are competitively priced, have a great staff and are a reputable/stand up small business in our community!  A+++ (even with a problem :)

I can not recommend them highly enough.  North American Stone had done some work for a few neighbors, and I heard that they were good. 

From the day I stepped into the showroom, I was treated with respect and shown every available granite that they had.  They didn't hesitate to spend as much time as I wanted, without pressuring me to make a choice or sign a contract.

Once I did sign, they continued to answer my questions quickly and thoroughly.  The installation went very smoothly.  Everyone involved in the job was courteous and clearly knew what they were doing.  The granite and sinks look fabulous.

I've had 2 other contractors in my house since then (for other types of work) and both asked me who did the granite and said how great it looked.

I'd recommend them to anyone looking for excellent workmanship and customer service.

From selecting the granite to installation, North American Stone staff were friendly, professional and provided a very positive experience. The installers were excellent. It was clear that they knew their business and accomplished the installation with efficiency and much quicker than I expected. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional organization that clearly values highest quality in its work.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Ali assisted us with granite selection. We wanted a light leathered stone & he tracked down the perfect slab. He kept in contact with us until it arrived at the shop. We were wowed when we went to see it a week later.
Scheduling an install day was changed due to cabinet install changes. NAS was very responsive to adjusting the date. Dave came to do the template and was a wealth of good advice. On the day of install Ali, Jeff & Mike were punctual, courteous and detail oriented.
We elected to have the 15yr. sealer applied. Our counters are the jewel of the kitchen. We could not be happier.

Their knowledge, their expertise, the quality of their work and I have recommended them to other people have used them and enjoyed them as much as we. I give them huge thumbs up. It’s a family run business and they are just phenomenal. They came in at or less than the average.

The installation went extremely smooth and the installers were professional and thorough in their work.  The entire installation was done in a couple of hours.  It has been over 2 months and we are extremely happy with the countertops and the seamless way they were installed all around the kitchen.  Would recommend this company to others.

Repair work

All of the tile work was beautifully done. It was a pleasure dealing with them. I say this, even though there was a problem with the granite counter top. When delivering the piece of granite for around the sink, it cracked. They did not even bring the piece inside, but instead, made phone calls to procure another piece of granite to match and were willing to expedite shipment to insure that we were not inconvenienced longer than necessary. I was so impressed at the level of service! Everything was handled efficiently and professionally and I would definitely recommend them.

The service, product, quality was all excellent. I would highly recommend . Everyone was pleasant to deal with from the start. Ali knows the product inside and out. We had a great experience.

The stellar reviews we found on Angie?s List led us to North
American Stone, but sounded almost too good to be true.  However, we engaged them and the installation
of our new quartz master bath countertop completed a superb shopping/buying
experience.  During the process, from
meeting Jan to begin the sale and interactions with another 6-7
people on the staff through installation, the staff was, without exception, competent,
helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. 
Seems like smiling was one of the requirements to work there.  I wish all businesses were like this one.
They worked with us to solve every contingency and concern we
had.  The biggest surprise was their
willingness to consider and ultimately provide a single-piece installation of a
9 foot long countertop with an ?L? shape on one end as a ?all one piece?
installation.  The other shops we visited
all told us that a corner seam would be required.  NA Stone also worked with us on the
installation date to coordinate with the timing and efforts of my contractor
(the entire master bath is being renovated)
On the day of installation, three gentlemen arrived to wrestle the
countertop into place.  They brought the
two white Kohler sinks along for installation from under the counter.  The gentleman in charge came out and told
asked us to look at the sinks prior to installation because he had noticed some
scratches.  We looked and saw what he was
referring too, but they were minor and small to the point they were
acceptable.  He said he was going back to
get two pristine sinks and would return (35-40 minute drive each way).  This attention to detail, quality and
customer care is something that runs as a thread through the reviews here and
we can testify to experiencing it first-hand. 
The installation was finally completed impeccably. 
The other thing worth mentioning was the price;  it was the best from the five places we
visited, in some cases substantially, but the approach and customer service are
worth a premium.  Put the pricing and the
customer service together and it is an incredible combination for their success
and a customer?s satisfaction.
Bluntly put, these folks ?get it?. 
The whole process of sale to install was probably the best we have
experienced with the added bonus of friendly and great pricing.  Highly recommended without any reservation!

Excellent quality and delivered where I needed it

Among the 4 companies I contacted, North American Stone offered the best price.  My satisfaction with them, however, goes beyond price.  Every person I dealt with - sales, office support, installation team - was helpful, pleasant and responsive.  The installation team was neat and efficient and the finished product is beautiful.  I had a few questions after the installation and they were prompt in providing answers.  I recommend them without reservation.

We would like to let people know that North American Stone Inc. can make you have the confidence you need to have when you are considering remodeling.  From the office staff to the people that installed our new countertop. We think it is important that in these days to say when a company does quality work.  We don't have a problem paying for competent and reliable craftsmanship.  We would not make this statement if we did not have the confidence in North American Stone.

Let me begin by stating that I am not a newcomer to kitchen renovations. This is the third kitchen (in various homes) that we have had done. Our kitchen was totally gutted and I needed a stone fabricator I could trust. I went online and used Angie?s List to locate a couple of places in addition to the one the kitchen cabinet place had given me. After speaking to people that had dealt with North American Stone I knew I had a keeper. We made an appointment (always recommended) to meet at the showroom. Then we met Ali at the granite supplier. Ali was extremely patient and helpful as he showed us many slabs. They obviously trust him here as he was able to help them move pieces around. We selected 2 slabs and then met Ali again at the showroom to layout the kitchen on the slabs. In hindsight I would recommend taking a picture of the layout, trust me you won?t remember it. Everything was ready to go for an October install. Everyone involved was professional, helpful and made the process go smoothly. After the granite was installed we noticed a problem. The granite we selected had a ?flow,? or grain to it. It appeared that where the 2 pieces met, the grain was perpendicular to each other. We were sure we had not laid it out this way. We expressed our dissatisfaction and North
American Stone quickly came up with a solution.
They were able to secure a third slab from the lot that the original two slabs came from, in addition, they secured slabs from the same type of granite but a totally different lot. They were willing, at no cost to us, to do one of two things: If we could find a section on the third slab that would layout well they would replace the one offensive section. This would work only IF they could get the section out without damaging any other sections. Or, if we were not happy with this solution, they would redo the entire kitchen
from the new slabs that they had acquired. Again at no cost to us. They were willing, ready and able to take a major hit to ?make it right.? We chose the third slab, it looked like it would work just fine. By this time it was January (no fault of theirs, we were away) and we were deep into gutting the master bathroom. I asked for a price on the leftover granite for a countertop on my bathroom
vanity. They gave it to us for free, including the sink, backsplash and installation. All for the inconvenience they put us through.  I mean, who does this???
The owners and crew at North American Stone are the best.
And I had thought I dealt with the best when I lived outside NYC. They truly stand behind their word.

They did a good job.  Their customer service was excellent.  They did everything great.  I liked how it turned out in the end.

Great people to work with!  Very professional and helpful.  Prices were mid-range (we got several quotes), but the staff is wonderful and absolutely everything was done exactly as they said it would be.  We will definitely use them again!

They were absolutely fantastic. The stove was not in the original agreement but they did it because they were such nice guys. They couldn't have been better. I wish that they lived in my house with me. I would absolutely use them again. They did a lot of work for the price.
