Insurance Agencies
All scores above are based on total service with the exception of "Professionalism", which is based on front desk staff. The insurance products have been good and the agents and senior staff have been very helpful and professional. Unfortunately both my wife and I had negative experiences with the morning receptionist who was rude to both of us on different days. We almost did not pursue insurance with this agency because the receptionist hung up on my wife several times. We are glad we did ultimately pursue insurance with Concord because the rest of the service has been exceptional.
