We are locally owned and operated. We have over 25 years of experience in lawn sprinkler system installation and service which is valuable. We take a very hands-on approach to our projects. "I would strongly advise against using RainPro in Massapequa. We scheduled a $50 winterization service and called ahead to let them know we wouldn't be home. They told us it was fine to leave the check under the mat and confirmed the total would be $50. Afterward, we received a bill for $4.31 in tax. When I called to clarify, the person on the phone was incredibly rude and defensive. He refused to come pick up the tax and insisted we mail another check, with no apology or explanation for not including it in the original quote. He also implied that he should've charged us more and "couldn't believe" I was even asking for clarification. The principle is simple: if you're quoting a customer a price, give the full amount including tax, and communicate clearly. Dealing with rude, unprofessional people over a few dollars is not worth it. Avoid this company at all costs. "

It looks phenomenal at night, turns on and off automatically like I wanted, and the price was good... just excellent work. Would 100% hire again. PS: I was very concerned about the trenching for cables and how my lawn would look like after. Fatos and team did such a great job you cant even tell there were cables run across the lawn. Amazing!"
