Start i told him i needed to cover 8000 sq ft and u wanted sprinklers in the flower beds he only did some this will always annoy me. Jose did his one day trenching then didn't come back for a week lawn was a mess. Then he drops off 1 guy and has him slowly finish the job by himself. Meanwhile he is working in another job. Whole thing was sloppy. He dug under my driveway to run the black line and he didn't go low enough so it left a speed bump raise in the black top. He went out to the sidewalk in several spots and again didn't go low enough and my sidewalk cracked in on 2 different slabs. He also installed a lead backflow outside which i got a violation for from the water dept. cheap parts. And no rush to fix it took 3 weeks to get hims back. Drain valve inside house is on the wrong side so i cannot drain extra water without shutting off the main and the valve what an epic fail. 2 year warranty if you open and close with Jose. He raises his price right after im done with install for the close from 50 to 70 dollars. He should have at least waited the 2 years. Guy doesn't take responsibility for damages or mistakes. Im sure there;s more but this is ridiculous who is reviewing the hack on here with 5 stars.

I no longer use this company. They missed 4 appointments. This was a waste of my nonexistent free time.

On time and very friendly staff. They educated me with my existing sprinkler system and gave me some recommendations. They winterize my 3 zone sprinkler system in less then 15-20 minutes. I will be using them in the spring.

They could of had a larger air compressor AND they could of spent a little more time blowing out each zone. I'm sure they left some water in zone 1 pipes. I asked them to re-do that zone but he wouldn't. Hopefully it was blown out enough where if any water freezes in pipe it won't expand in freeze and crack pipe. I am in full understanding of sprinkler systems and would of done job my self but I'm severely injured at the moment and couldn't do work myself. I explained this to technician but he blew me off like I didn't know what I was talking about.
