"I think they did a fine job. I know they could not do as good a job because of the fact that the ceiling plates were siliconed, but they probably did as good as can be expected. Howard did a couple of things for me which was above and beyond. First, I had asked him how the baseboard heating fins can be effectively cleaned. He recommended using a vacuum. I knew that our vacuum was not getting out the dust which is accumulated in between the fin blades. Howard told me he could use his device to blow the dust out, but it would be everywhere. I told him that I did not mind that because I was having the house cleaning service people in right after he finished his job. So he blew the dust out of two of my baseboard heating units. I was really happy with the results. The second thing he did for me which was above and beyond was in the kitchen. The ceiling near the a/c duct was stained somehow and Howard cleaned this as well."
