I must say this was the most professional, capable opening this 37 year pool has ever had. Kuddos to Jason, Mathew and Pedro who did a superb job. Do not use Crystal Clear Pools! I was initially attracted to Crystal Clear Pools because of their low starting price of $89 for a service fee. However, I soon realized that this was just a bait-and-switch tactic. After I signed the contract, they told me that I would also need to pay for chemicals. I agreed to this, but then they came back and charged me an additional $714 for phosphate treatment without my knowledge. When I asked for a detailed receipt, they refused to provide one. They also refused to tell me the pricing for the chemicals. In addition to the phosphate treatment, they also charged me $940 for vacuuming and $207 for a service that they did not touch anything. I believe that Crystal Clear Pools is a shady company that is taking advantage of people. They lure you in with a low price, but then they hit you with hidden fees and charges. I urge you to stay away from Crystal Clear Pools and save your hard-earned money…

This company is excellent. Very responsive. When we needed a new mesh cover, they managed to track down the manufacturer of the first mesh cover from 18 years ago to get the exact same thing (looplock) for us. Their bi-weekly cleaning service and water treatment is very dependable. They always leave a form note when they leave, detailing what services were performed. Well worth the money.

I have been using Crystal Clear Pool & Spa Service for years. They have been consistently reliable and responsive. The staff know my property, know my preferences and always do an excellent job. It is a pleasure doing business with them.

There work is excellent.I have been using Crysatal CLear for 15 years.Never once has there been any problem.They are the best. There customer service is excellent.Always able to reach someone to speak with, The staff are always there to help and the technicians that come and service the pool always follow up with the office, ifthere are any questions they cannot answer on the spot.They are excellent at there job. They are always looking out to do the best they can for there customer .There honesty and integrity cannot be matched. There customer comes first They are great

They came right out and got everything going for me. It was perfect. I've used them for years and I have never an issue they could not fix. They are very customer focused. The best part of all, for me, is they are a one stop shop. They do my pool plumbing, electrical, water testing, open, and closing. If for any reason you aren't satisfied, they send a technician right back out.

We have used this company to open and close our pool for the past three years and I can finally say I've had enough.  They charge much more than some other local companies, and every time they open the pool somehow a part is miraculously "missing", and I need to have them come back later for a $90 service call to replace the part.  Most recently, a cap for one of the filter jets was missing (second year in a row that happened), and I discussed it with the technician, since they were the ones that put all the parts away in the fall.  When I called the company to complain, they said the technician didn't write down the missing jet cap on his report, so as far as they were concerned, there was no missing jet cap and they were not responsible.   As far as punctuality - they showed up at 7:30 pm to open our pool, after we had waited most of the day for them.  Poor service for extremely high prices.

These people will do everything that you needed to have done for your in-ground swimming pool. They're superb. They're fast. They're efficient and reliable and honorable. They're very flexible. They're very personable. They're the best. It's A for everything across the board.

They are not responsive at all, you have to call them to get a response out of them. I've been trying to get an estimate for additional service and i keep getting the same answer, we are very busy and the rain pushed back our schedule. You would figure that when they can't work during the rain, their contractor can sit down and finish up the estimates that he promised for a while.
Part of the deal was to start-up my pool, well after getting through the confusion around whether or not the contract included the service. I just discovered today, the chemicals they put 4 days ago were not enough and the Pool turned green already!!!!!!
I got what i paid for, that's all i can say... don't recommend them at all.

On May 11th Crystal Clear Pool came to my home to measure my 18x32 above ground pool in order to replace my liner. I also received another estimate from Jand R pool on the same day. I decided to use Crystal Clear Pool despite the fact that their estimate was higher because the other company didn't have brochures or samples. They said they left it in their work truck and they came to give me the estimate in their personal vehicle. That was a turn off for me. On Saturday, May 28th, I went to Crystal Clear Pool location to sign the contract and place the order. I gave them a deposit of $711. I was told the order would be placed on Monday, May 30th and it would take 7 to 10 days for the liner to come in. Two weeks went by and I didn't hear anything from Crystal Clear Pool. I called them on June 13th and was told the liner would be in that afternoon and I will be contacted that afternoon or the following day to set up the installation appointment. Two days went by and I one again called them to find out what was going on. I was told the liner didn;t come in and they were going to call the supplier right away to find out what's going on. I did receive a call from them telling me the liner wouold definitely be in on June 16th and I will get a call from them before the end of the day to set up the installation appointment. They wanted to install on June 17th but I had to work. The installation was done on June 20th.

They are not inexpensive but they definitely do the work. I’ve been using them for about three years and I’ve never had a problem with them. They are very responsive and eager to help. I gave someone else an opportunity but I came back to Crystal Clear because they do such a good job.

It went very well. We have used Crystal Clear for over 10 years and have been pleased. They are a bit pricey but their work is very good.

I would highly recommend them. They are courteous. They are prompt and on time. They are available 24x7 in case of emergencies.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD. THEY CAME WHEN I CALLED THEM. THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD COME. THEY FIXED MY PROBLEM. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE PRICING WAS FAIR.

THEY'RE OK. THEY GET THE JOB DONE, BUT I CAN'T ALWAYS COUNT ON THEM TO BE HERE WHEN I WANT THEM TO. THEY'RE BUSY. WHEN I WANT THEM TO COME OUT I HAVE TO CALL WELL IN ADVANCE BECAUSE IT TAKES THEM A COUPLE OF WEEKS TO GET OUT HERE.
