"Outstanding! James responded immediately to my call. Came to the house within one day to give me a quote (on a Sunday, with my approval). His crew was able to start very quickly, was very professional, and handled our fairly big job in a few days. James has a way of educating you in an area you likely are not familiar. It is comforting and reassuring. Others tend to yes you to death. As anyone should, I had multiple quotes. James was very competitive with his peers. He's the guy you want.
