"I HAD ATLAS FENCE OF EAST SYRACUSE INSTALL A BEAUTIFUL WOOD FENCE IN 2015, THE WORK, PRODUCT AND OVERALL SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH WAS EXCELLENT. AFTER MANY YEARS OF HEAVY USE OF MY GORGEOUS DOUBLE GATE THE RIGHT SIDE GATE POSTS NEEDED REPLACEMENT. "All in all, working with these folks was a pretty good experience. There were a few hiccups in communication on both sides at first, but then the ball got rolling and things went fairly smoothly. The people I spoke with were friendly and the job got done pretty well. The one thing that I hadn't expected, but hadn't really asked about during the process, was that the pickets they used in the fence were rough cut, rather than sanded, which will make staining them a bit more work; I should've been clearer about my expectations. The pricing was reasonable based on preliminary research I'd done before hiring them."

"Estimated completion was 2 weeks, it took 4 months. Workers were always different when they showed up. Roof had some overlaps that are unsightly since they did not measure correctly and didn’t take the time to do properly. New eaves that they installed leaked all over the place and they did not come back to fix though they claimed lifetime warranty. Some installed at wrong pitch to drain. Asked for money to pay along the way on job to pay his crew. Agreement was half down and the rest on satisfied completion. I held back $500 to see if he would come back and button up problems. He would not. Gave him many opportunities to rectify. Always had excuses and would not rectify issues. Always on vacation or sick, etc…."
