Bought a $200 free-standing (non-ducted) dehumidifier as a temporary solution. Turns out it was all I needed since my basement is unfinished and one big room. Another technician who came to my house for separate issue (with boiler) observed that WK Mechanical had "oversold" (ripped off) previous homeowner, and was trying to double-down with me. Stay away."
