"Anthony came to our home and was punctual and professional. He explained what needed to be done and we scheduled our appointment for 10/18/13 between 10:30 and 1:30. I explained that I might have a conflict because I had to leave at 2:30 to go out of town. I was assured that they would be there closer to 10:30 and do the work inside first and then finish up outside. I received a confirmation phone call before Friday and I again discussed my conflict. The woman I spoke to said that they would keep this in mind and I was given the impression that it wouldn't be a problem. On Friday, unfortunately, the workers did not arrive. I waited all day for them and then called at 1:45 to express my dissatisfaction and tell them not to bother. I was offered another appointment but I did not want to waste another day waiting for them. I received a call at 2:30 that they were on their way, an hour late, with no apology. I had already left at that time, so the work was never done. They returned my payment in a timely manner. I am very disappointed in the customer service I received from this company. If they were running late, I should have received a phone call. Had they called me by 1:00 and explained the situation and offered another appointment, I would have rescheduled but arriving an hour late when I made it clear I had another engagement makes me not want to do business with them in the future.

*Update:10/31/13 I received a call today from this company to apologize for the situation. They offered to do the work for a discount. Unfortunately, we already had the work completed but I did appreciate them following up."

"They removed old moldy insulation, sprayed fungicide on the mold and encapsulated a crawl space. Also insulated with foam insulation around the entire basement rim joist, including the crawl space. They were on time and finished before they expected to. During the inspection, when I pointed out bubbles in the foam, they redid that section without question. Zy called after they finished to make sure I was satisfied."
