What was disappointing was the lack of communication from Justin. He failed to call or text when he missed the appointments. So, I reached out to him - The first time he said he forgot to put my job in his appointment calendar, the second time he said said he had "a few issues come up" and the weather wasn't cooperating. Really disappointing service and lack of professionalism."
