We were provided a quote that was agreed upon and the product was ordered. When we signed the contract to have the job done, we were asked for a 50% deposit. I had always been instructed not go give anyone money down before the job was completed, however I went against this advise and did give the deposit. There were no issues with this and the job was done as agreed.
We are very happy with our new wall, the only disappointment is that it seemed as the job was coming to conclusion that the focus shifted somewhat from our job to what was happening next (the next job, I guess).
It seemed at this point that there was a little let down in the attention to detail. For example each block was to be placed and glued. There were a few blocks that never seemed to get any glue and were just sitting there unsecured. Matt did come back and glue the ones missed, but I just discovered another one that I will be purchasing glue to secure myself.
Overall ver happy with the wall, and would probably use Matt again in the future.
The person who came to fix the problem is knowledgeable and trained me on a lot of things.
The responsiveness and the availability scores bad for this company more than anything else.
