"Tommy was GREAT! I rarely write reviews but he did such a wonderful job inspecting our home, I felt the need to praise his work, since I found him through yelp, and the simplicity of his website did have me wondering (hope he finds someone to help update his website to match his profesionalism and amazing work). I compared Yelp to Angies List to BBB to various Home Inspector certification sites and emailed three home inspectors (have been told anything related to houses - get three quotes). I also googled "what to look for in a home inspector" and "what to ask." Tommy responded quickly with thought out responses to my questions. Though he was slightly more than the other home inspectors I had emailed, his email response already showed drastic quality difference, and for a home inspector, you want someone detailed, especially in writing reports. He arrived to our home on time, allowed both my partner and I to follow him the entire time (one of the questions I asked in the email and something google said is a red flag if a home inspector does not want you present). He spent 3 quality hours explaining what he was looking at to us and taking photos for his amazing binder he mails you immediately (really every step he blew us away). He looked at our roof (its amazing how much you can see from the street level), gutters, windows, foundation, driveway, deck, how rain water flowed around the house, checked for signs of termites, tested every outlet in the house, checked the dates / maintenance records for the ac unit, furnance, and water cooler, went in the garage, attic, and crawlspace, and of course walking around the interior of the house (checking that it was level, any signs of water damage / mold, and etc). He was so indepth with his explainations and when we asked him for contractor recommendations, he let us know that is a conflict of interest and maintained a high level of professionalism, while also being down to earth / friendly."

"Beware, tried to rip off my elderly parents. My parents entered into a MONTHLY contract with them for pest control. So they showed up at beginning of month to install some bait stations and said they would be back in a few weeks to check they were installed correctly. WE ARE STILL IN THE SAME MONTH. The tried to double charge the month of July to follow up on the initial installation. They kept saying "it's a monthly charge" and we told them WE HAD PAID FOR THIS MONTH... and then when we SHOWED THEM that we had already paid for July they changed to story to a "new fee".... There are other businesses that are not shady, use them and stay away from "knockout""

"Ray was everything. If you have a critter removal need, you've found your contact. He came immediately the day we called him and evaluated the situation (raccoons on our property) in a Raccoon Dundee style, which made us laugh! He has decades of experience in wildlife removal and it shows. He was efficient and told us exactly where and how many raccoons were on our roof and how long they'd been there. He gave us two options for removal and explained the benefits and explanation for using each one. One route involved a lower fee and focused on tactically chasing the animals away rather than trapping. We chose this option and so far the animals have not returned. Ray called us within a week to check in on the situation. We learned so much from this experience about raccoon behavior - it was an education combined with a removal! Call Ray, he's THE BEST!"

"Wow. That's how I'm starting off this review for Dave and his crew at Sunburst Tree Experts. They say perfection cannot be achieved, but my experience with Sunburst Tree Experts would come as close to that as possible. From the initial estimate to payment, Dave and his crew did a phenomenal job with removing several large oaks from my yard, grinding down the stumps, and pruning a Japanese maple tree. They actually left my yard in better condition from a clean-up aspect than when they arrived. You would not have known that I had any tree service performed at my house - that's how pristine Dave and his crew left my yard. They worked efficiently, safely, and finished the job faster than I would have anticipated given the scope of the project. I cannot recommend Sunburst Tree Experts any more highly than I do. My experience with Dave and his crew was A+ across the board and the results were worth every penny.
