MD Designs is a regional, family owned flooring company, based out of NYC. Our family has been conducting business since 1992, and have done flooring for many family owned properties, and also, Best Buy, 7-11, and Ariana's. We are currently offering our services on weekends, we found that some of our clients were busy on weekdays and did not have the room or space for our services, so we accommodated!

One day prior to the job I reconfirmed with the Estimator (Bryce) and he did confirm the day and time. On the day of scheduled date I was told that that instead of 9 am they would start at 12 noon, nobody turned up, nobody called and nobody answered numerous calls and texts. Finally I called the office and they simply apologized that they couldn't come. They come up with a story that no deposit was paid. On questioning why this deposit point was never discussed they were simply speechless. I gave them a proposal that since they haven't come on the scheduled day and time I'd now not send the deposit but instead give them the deposit the moment they pull up their truck in front of my house and then they can start the work. I'm lucky I didn't give them the job, as I would have suffered on after sales service AND today itself another company came, marked the spots for lights, showed references, took deposit and confirmed the date of installation."

"No stars at all. This company is a rip off. They work for Choice Home Warranty. CHW sent them to my house to fix my gas burner. I have no heat right now. I paid the guy $85 for my service fee and he never came back to fix the gas burner. When I called him he said call CHW I have nothing to to with it. What do you mean you have nothing to do with it, you took my money. I called CHW and they told me to call him. I explained I have several times and he's telling me to call you. They call him while I'm on the phone and he doesn't pick up. They give him 2 hours to call them back. The next evening I get an email stating Mike Repairs has marked this claim unnecessary so he will not be coming back to fix the burner. This man got tired of me asking when will you be returning so he lied and closed my claim. This all started December 2nd and today December 13th I still have no heat. Now that CHW realizes what he did they offered me a refund and sent someone else. This guy is a piece of work and a bum. Maybe it was a racial thing I don't know because he had no problem taking my money and not coming back. I guess leaving a black person without heat is funny to him. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!!! Family owned, HA"
