"Beware of unfair billing practices. I was quoted a price for a window removal and cleaning job based on approximate dimensions I provided from memory (as I no longer lived at the residence). When the company arrived and found the window was larger than I had estimated, they proceeded with the work without informing me of any price change. I was later emailed an invoice for nearly 3 times the quoted amount ? with no prior approval or notice. This may violate standard fair billing practices and consumer protection laws, which require clear disclosure and consent before altering a quoted price. This lack of transparency and communication is unacceptable. I would not recommend this business to anyone who expects honesty and ethical conduct."

They were very professional and knowledgeable. The job proved to be more difficult than expected due to a previous contractor’s questionable work, but they adjusted and did a beautiful job.
