Beware of unfair billing practices. I was quoted a price for a window removal and cleaning job based on approximate dimensions I provided from memory (as I no longer lived at the residence). When the company arrived and found the window was larger than I had estimated, they proceeded with the work without informing me of any price change. I was later emailed an invoice for nearly 3 times the quoted amount ? with no prior approval or notice. This may violate standard fair billing practices and consumer protection laws, which require clear disclosure and consent before altering a quoted price. This lack of transparency and communication is unacceptable. I would not recommend this business to anyone who expects honesty and ethical conduct.

Great people. Worked with us on pricing. Took a while to complete the project and had to stay in contact to make sure the full scope got completed as agreed. But would definitely work with them again.

They didn't come when they said they would (twice) but installers did good work

The people were very courteous and really took pride in their work. It was a pleasure to meet them. I would definitely use them in the future and recommend them to others. Thank you.
