Will was helpful, imaginative, and offered a wide variety of options, both in the written bid and in meetings with us.  We have not yet moved forward with the work but Wallace is definitely one of our highest considerations.

William Wallace is actively helping us to improve the energy efficiency of our 1928 home in Historic Uptown Kingston. He has spent a significant amount of time inspecting our building, our framing, our heating system, our insulation, and our windows. He has become our consultant of choice for all work on our home. Will has replaced most of the windows in the house already, he moved the front door to a new position on the building and built out a front porch to accommodate the change in entry way. The door was swapped with an original stained glass window that he has preserved and installed with new insulating glass. The finish work on everything is immaculate! Wills attitude and commitment to finished quality is fantastic and his expertise is unparalleled. My father was a general contractor my whole life...I grew up around DIY building practices and professional luxury home builders in Vermont and I will not use any other general contractors in this region after working with Will. William Wallace cares about his work, he is honest, and he is responsible....what more could you ask for! His pricing is fair....not cheap....but definitely work it. In building trades you always get what you pay for. I highly recommend him and whomever he hires to work with him.
