While are very happy with the quality of the work, initially I felt that the crew was professional until I realized that a bucket of grout that they left behind to dry weighed a ton and I was left to get rid of it up a flight of stairs. They also left a mess outside where they were cutting the tile which I got complaints about from my condo superintendent. I reduced my rating for customer service to a 3 based on these issues.
