On September 29, they removed all the the old asphalt, did dig the ground and ran several trench PVC pipes & did dig one 5 ft drain holes connect four of the seven PVC pipes and another 3 ft hole to connect the other 3 PVC drain pipes. Lay down gravels with sand cement, gravel rock with cement, leveled the grounds & graded for rain water to run away from the house whenever it rains. Then Lay down the asphalt. We are very please with J&J's service. Customer service skills, courtesy and Manuel did take time to discuss the whole process & answered all questions. I selected J&J Paving because the proposal was very detailed & explained the steps about the project. "Fredy's group has done an excellent job to "water proof" the porch wall. This job was very complicated; they must remove the blue stones on the porch so they could go down to" water proof" the wall from outside first, then they put back the blue stones and sealed the porch with water seal material. After that, they did the water proofing the inside of the wall to assure no more leakage from the porch to the house. It was raining hard for a couple times but the wall is still completely dried, thanks for the wonderful job done by Fredy's contracting,inc. I greatly recommend this company to everybody."
