"My wife and I had a very positive experience working with LI Developers. The remodeling was on point and fast. We needed the basement and bathroom remodeled so from start to finish, they were professional and courteous. Their prices are very reasonable and their estimate was MUCH LESS than other places we looked at. Their business practices are completely transparent and professional which was very refreshing. Ryan and Jakob were very helpful out at our the home end. They were professional, courteous and took a lot of care with their work and in keeping our home clean in the process. I was particularly impressed with how he completely covered the area around the work space, and kept our home super clean and livable while the work was happening. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs to have work done in their home!"

"I hired Long Island handyman construction group to remodel a 400sf basement and bathroom in Melville. They were priced in the middle compared to other bids. I picked them thanks to their out of the box advice which saved me thousands of dollars. There was one problem with the plumbing which cost an extra 1800 dollars. The owner settled with me 50/50 even though it was a pre-existing issue. The project was started early and completed early. All mess was cleaned up and the crew was very friendly and fully aware. Very reputable guys and very easy to deal with. Thanks Moises and Eddy."
