He was extremely considerate, and he treated my house as if it were his own. My house is small, and I only have one bathroom. The project took nine days. I was anticipating that there would be a big mess and a huge inconvenience. But even the demo was done very neatly and efficiently. Lou even took the time to re-connect the toilet each night so that I wouldn't be left without. Lou did an amazing job, and it was a pleasure working with him. "I just want to Start off saying when you deal with Norman from Homecraft Remodeling Corp you are dealing with a TOP NOTCH Highly Professional Company. I had a Bathroom done (2)+ years ago that came out AMAZING. Everything from Start to finish went so smoothly. But then I had two issues with Loose Towel Rod & Leaky Faucet. I wasn't even going to contact Norman because two years had elapsed but I did & was so glad because he didn't give me any issues at all & took care of repairs within several weeks. I was Amazed how well Towel Rod was repaired & New faucet was installed. All work completed again by highly professional & Neat Workers & Free Of Charge. Who does that anymore, probably no one. That's UNREAL!! THANKS AGAIN NORM."
