The proposal we received was very detailed offering several options for the work we needed done to improve the ventilation and insulation in our two attics. They took great care in covering up our furniture and floors, putting up plastic, etc. They did a great job of cleaning up at the end of each day and their final cleanup at the end of the job was outstanding. "Overall, excellent. We did encounter a few problems with the spray in wall insulation since the original sheet rock was just nailed in. A few sections bowed into the room. This is actually pretty common with old houses. The problem was quickly corrected, the walls properly secured, the insulation reinstalled (blown in) and the job completed. In modifications to a home, it is not always the problems you encounter, it is how you deal with them. Advance had the problem identified with a resolution that was completed within a day. Very pro-active!"
