We had a massive project in front of us, as our existing back patio and front porch (circa 1957) was a crumbling mess of concrete. We had multiple contractors come in for estimates, and most of them told us that the scope of work was too much for them to handle, and others came in with astronomical estimates. Being fairly new to the Hudson Valley, this made us uneasy on whether we would ever get this done? When Sergio Jr accompanied with his dad came, their demeanor was with complete confidence, respectful and with a smile. Every aspect was explained to us from start to finish. The work started, and finished in exactly 9 days, as we added more projects on like an additional walkway, as well as shoring up the footings on our rear deck. Kristine initially met with me in my apartment and, after taking basic measurements, reviewed all of the viable options with me, their pros/cons and costs. She found that there was a manufacturer rebate program starting in a few days and, by waiting to submit the offer, saved me additional $$$. Steven followed up to take precise measurements of my windows (they are each variable in width at different points from top to bottom). He then returned when they received the shades from the manufacturer to install them. The fit and look are excellent. The installation was done neatly and quickly but with care and precision.
