She found that there was a manufacturer rebate program starting in a few days and, by waiting to submit the offer, saved me additional $$$. Steven followed up to take precise measurements of my windows (they are each variable in width at different points from top to bottom). He then returned when they received the shades from the manufacturer to install them. The fit and look are excellent. The installation was done neatly and quickly but with care and precision.
