We had a massive project in front of us, as our existing back patio and front porch (circa 1957) was a crumbling mess of concrete. We had multiple contractors come in for estimates, and most of them told us that the scope of work was too much for them to handle, and others came in with astronomical estimates. Being fairly new to the Hudson Valley, this made us uneasy on whether we would ever get this done? When Sergio Jr accompanied with his dad came, their demeanor was with complete confidence, respectful and with a smile. Every aspect was explained to us from start to finish. The work started, and finished in exactly 9 days, as we added more projects on like an additional walkway, as well as shoring up the footings on our rear deck. The crew did phenomenal and professional restoration. We look forward to working together again. Very satisfied!"

"Anton was easy to work with. Sent email on a Sunday. He called in five minutes and came that afternoon to look at the job. Replaced baseboard in four bedrooms and repaired a hole in the ceiling. All work was completed in two days starting that Monday. The carpenter that did the baseboards (I think his name is John) was great, neat and did a wonderful job. I will definately call Anton again. "I needed stucco repair work on an old chimney (and other spots). Grady was meticulous and thoughtful on what approaches and materials would work. Throughout the project they allocated sufficient time for each treatment to cure and inspected the work before proceeding to the next step. Grady started the project with no money down and only required ongoing payments for materials until the project was well underway. The final payment was due only after they did a final inspection. Total project cost was also below other bids."

"Tom from Nu Line Home Improvement is the most professional contractor I have ever had the pleasure to work with. He is in constant communication, which is not something I have found very common in the people I have worked with in the past. He is meticulous and a bit of a perfectionist. He will keep working on something over and over until there isn’t the slightest imperfection. Previous contractors have done drywall for us and the tape has become visible as well as screw heads and other imperfections but I can honestly say that the walls that he has put up and has painted are absolutely perfect and they have held up over time as well.
