"It went very smoothly once a date was nailed down. I cancelled the first appointment because a huge snow storm was expected. The provider cancelled the next appointment to care for a sick child; I understood completely. The appointment to measure my windows and to install the window treatments each went very smoothly. Both individuals, wife and husband, are professional and pleasant.

"Made an appt. with Castle Rep, James, for 17 windows and vinyl siding. He spent 1 hour talking about how great his company and windows are before finally getting down to the issue. We were told that CASTLE makes and services their own window, with all the best technology and technicians available. The price per window for energy efficient came out to over $1,200 per double-hung window! And since they make their own products, we could not find a way to compare quality and price with other manufacturers. But his per-window price exceeds the average price of $500-700 by A LOT! When we balked, he made a call to his "manager" to see if we qualified for a "special promotional" discount. If we were to commit right there on the spot, we would get an additional 10% off! Still way to high. We said we would think about it (he got sad and snippy), and that we wanted to hear about the vinyl siding quote before we made any decisions. He told us he could not give us a siding quote until his company did an "eagle view" measurement, which would require another appointment! We had no intention of sitting through ANOTHER high-pressure appointment. High pressure, long-drawn out presentation and he would not leave us with anything in writing! No brochures, prices, nothing! He refused to put anything in writing and we could not have a break down of labor and costs. I even asked him if I could have a copyhh of the window warranty and he said "only if you purchase right now." And they did not come prepared with references or previous job locations! When we further researched the company, we found they did make very excellent products, but the #1 complaint was by far that they did not honor their lifetime warranty and that customer service was horrible. In the end, we chose not to do business.."

Luis vargas and Moses his associate removed and replaced bathroom vanity with new vanity and faucet, however they didn't do a proper leek test and consequently there was water leakage and some minor damage to thei nterior of the vanity and under the vanity.i called Luis Vargas and told him about the leek he said that he would come the next day,he never did and he made no attempt to notify me that he wasn't coming. The job was done on 7/10/25 ,he was to come back to correct the leek on 7/12/25 ;When I texted him on 7/12/25 he apologized and said he got involved in another job and it ran late; However he never came back. On 7/13/25 I reinstalled the faucet myself."
