"Very thorough and informative. I didn’t even know how to fully explain the issues let alone what repairs were needed. The Sprinkler System hadn’t worked in over 3 years. They were courteous and took their time assessing the issues. They surveyed the property, dug things up, located 45 sprinkler heads, etc., and was able to pinpoint the issues and repair my sprinkler system. Irrigation is all they do, they’re experts and when you function at that level that’s all you need to do. Highly recommend! "I was having  a problem with water leaking out into the yard from an unknown source. Called several companies (I open the system myself) who said it was probably a defective valve or leaking manifold causing the issue. I asked for a ball park number which ranged from $200 to $325 "depending on what would have to be replaced". I called Quality Irrigation who took the time to ask specific questions on the phone. He came up with the same diagnosis but said with any luck it may be repairable without taking apart the manifold. He came out the next day, literally took the valve apart to find that a stainless steel nut was stuck in the diaphragm causing the value to slow leak and flood the yard. He reassembled the valve, boot up the system and it worked like a charm. He charged me just for his time, $85. I now have a new sprinkler service company! Thank you..."
