Very unhappy with the quality or lack there of with the finished product... trees were planted crooked and also are not taking to the soil due to being planted too shallow. After paying them in full company will now not answer me in regards to my questions on how to fix this problem. Very disappointing... especially since their claim is only providing High Quality

"Vanessa, we actually did communicate with you about this. As stated the issues was not that the plants are to shallow but the lack of water they have been getting. Not only did we tell you this we also took the time to come by and water them ourselves when watering the plants is something that we instructed you to do as part of your landscape care. Additionally the plants are not planted crooked but are not the quality we supply as you had your plants donated to you. I'm sorry you are having issues with your plants, however if you water them as instructed you shouldn't have any problem."

Kyle contacted me within minutes of sending info on home advisor. He was extremely polite and informative. Came out to check out my driveway to give me an estimate within an hour of our conversation, then had the quotes in my email by the time I got home. Price was fair and the first snow came in the next day and they were already on it and did a very neat job of plowing my driveway.
