Attention to detail was unbelievable. Their treatment cards said the lawn was ?great,? but it was clear there were major issues. When I reached out, I was told there was a fungus and that fixing it would cost extra, even though I was already paying thousands for a full-service lawn treatment program. It got so bad that I had to hire another landscaper to reseed and fertilize just to undo the damage. SavATree then came and dumped more fertilizer on top, completely over-treating the lawn. When I asked why they would knowingly do that, I was told they were just following the plan for the year, even if it was harmful. I hired them to take better care of my lawn. Instead, they made it worse and cost me even more money to fix. Stay away if you care about your lawn."

"I had my front steps of my house done. The job was poorly done. When I asked if my steps were going to look like that when it was completed, I was told yes. He told me all my steps were different sizes. What he failed to say was he cut them wrong. So he lied to cover up the mistake.Because of the slabs being cut incorrectly he put pieces on the end of the slabs to fill in the gaps. It looks like a bad puzzle. Terrible job. Not professional at all. I’m so disappointed that I wasted my money on this company. I do not recommend them at all."

But I decided to end my business with this company when I called for service on raising one of my sprinkler heads and received in invoice for $304.85. It turns out that the technicians set the rates and tell the company who much to charge. So when they say, "would you like us to check the system?" Say NO. It is in there interest to find sprinkler heads and mist heads to replace just to pad the invoice. When I asked to speak with Sal an owner and asked if there was anything that could be done with this invoice, he said NO. He feels he is the company with the best service and cheapest prices. I hope he is right. But as of now, I will be looking for a company who is not so deceiving when it comes to a service call. To think that Sal just doesn't appreciate long term customers. Wish him much luck in the future."
