When he told me the job was done i couldn't believe my eyes. The installation quality was unbelievable, and Carlos didn't leave a spec of dirt inside and out. One of the big concerns I had was how the finish on the inside would look, but Carlos is a real pro and built such a nice pocket and framed out the window perfectly. It looks like the house came with that window. He is that good. I hope the bosses at Egress Pros take care of him in the same way he took care of me. i wish i could give more than 5 Stars!"

"Install went great. We love our new door. The installers took the time to do it right. They removed the original door without making a big mess or just "banging it out" it was removed smartly to not damage anything that was supposed to remain. They then assessed what they had to work with and built up where needed to make the install of the new door as secure as possible. The new door went in smoothly and looks fantastic. Al throughout the install they would answer any question I had or my children had. They also took care to make sure the alarm wires and doorbell cam were protected from harm during the install and that they worked as expected when done. Although they were pricier than the average I am convinced our new door will outlast us in this home. I would recommend them and will use them again."

There were some odd-ball aspects to the work requested, and Justin accomplished all of these well while having to do a bit of creative thinking to make everything work as expected. The work is neat, and was completed in most of one day. Arrival was prompt, and clean-up was good. Now a dark corner of my basement is illuminated, and I have a working utility sink there. I can continue the task of setting up storge shelves and a workbench myself.
