I had a disappointing experience with Stone Electric. They charged $2400 via Zelle for AC installation. When the electrician finally showed up, they could have been more professional and seemed to need more skills to handle the job efficiently. They installed a drain pipe higher than needed so drainage didn't occur; they left the freon gas pipe leaking. There was a six-month warranty, and when I called them to fix it the next day of installation, they kept blaming the head of the unit rather than the installation, which went wrong. Their unhelpful response and refusal to take responsibility were disappointing. I called Diakin company, and they discovered the real problem. I have to pay an additional $1100 to another company to refix the mistake they made. The unit was leaking water and frozen gas the day they installed it. On the phone, Mark, the head project guy, was rude and refused to take responsibility. Instead of a check, they took money via Zelle. Be cautious.

We hired Stone Electric to extend the electrical line under our driveway to the other side. They gave a lot of excuses and got nothing done. Additionally, they broke our sprinklers causing water to explode everywhere and destroying a portion of our sod. With coercing they fixed the sprinkler so that water was no longer shooting out but they left the lawn and surrounding area a disaster. We paid $300 for a job never done (nothing was done) and we were left with damage that we had to pay to fix. I followed up with Shaun after the fact to discuss my dismay about the situation. We already paid but I thought he might do the right thing by us considering we paid for a job that was not done and was left in worse condition than when they started. He was very rude. I would not recommend this company for their work or customer service.

Excellent company. Shaun and his workers were all very knowledgeable and accommodating arrived on time and completed the job as stated and on time. The communication between him and his crew was outstanding. I Highly recommend Stone Electric.

On top of all of that, he came in at the best price for all the work he did. He truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right and safe. Shaun and his crew were professional honest polite and hard working. They arrived on time and finished by the time they said then would complete the job. They cleaned up after themselves. Shaun was knowledgeable and informative. Shaun noticed that there was a wrong breaker in my electric panel and made sure he not only made me aware but changed it and he do not charge me for the labor to do so. I highly recommend Shaun and his crew as they will treat your home like their own. Awesome Job!!!

Sean, Dennis and the rest of his team are locals and very friendly. They are down-to-Earth hard working and trustworthy guys and I'm happy to know people like them are in my local area. I highly recommend them as they are fast and honest. Great guys! I had them install an outdoor weather-proof electrical outlet to install a mosquito trap to fight the horrible Asian Tiger Mosquitoes here in Long Island. They were done in about thirty minutes and even used weatherproof putty to seal the rear of the outlet. Again, I highly recommend them!

A family affair!! All electricians, and seem to know their stuff. I upgraded my panel, and replaced the outside meter pan and cable encasement. Sean will be coming back next month to replace some wiring I need done, ( yea! no more tripping circuit breakers :-) I highly recommend this family of electricians, they do the job right, are informative as well as respectful, and very nice guys! Now if they only had some female electricians in the family, they'd be perfect!! LOL

Sean, was very helpful, good work, I was in a bind with needing my stove outlet changed and he addressed it quickly. Took time to explain work needed to be done and why it was important.

STONE ELECTRIC w/ Sean, his Father, & their co-workers were excellent. They kept in constant contact with me, they were informative explaining every aspect of the job. They showed up on time, did real quality work & left my lawn and yard neat and clean. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs any type of electrical work done. I will be hiring STONE ELECTRIC again for additional work at my house.

He didn’t try to hard-sell any of his services, actually identified a potential hazard (fixed it for free, although he didn’t have to), has integrity, fair prices, extremely thorough in identifying the actual problem, and wonderful service. Honest, reasonable, reliable, hard working. You found your electrician. No need to keep searching. Scope of work performed: Installed new high hats in one room. Replaced older ones in another room. Replaced outlets. Replaced light switches. Installed outdoor lighting. Fixed poor wiring in some areas. Installed new lighting over garage door. Installed new hanging chandelier and new flush mount foyer light.

I originally needed a simple outlet installed behind my oven, Sean came by on a Thursday evening to give me a quote. I was impressed with his knowledge and passion for his craft and asked for a quote for a ceiling fan install and an overhead light install. He gave me a good price and was able to come on a Saturday to do all the work. He showed up on time and did an amazing job. I would definitely use again and recommend to anyone!!
