"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

She has a breath of knowledge that allows her to accommodate my tastes, but also ensure that the overall design is in sync with the design and location of my home.  She has  a very diplomatic way of suggesting when I'm going astray with my choices and in every case where she has told me "Trust Me"  I have been delighted ! "Very pleasant to work with Don, the owner, and Monica, who kept in contact via phone as well as visiting the site. The carpenter on this project was unfailingly pleasant and patient with my numerous questions. He was careful and thorough. This project also included replacing 6 interior doors in an older home. I had no idea how much work was involved in retrofitting new doors into old framework. Dennis made dozens of trips, carrying doors up and down stairs, outside to work on them, and back inside fitting and finessing those doors. He also installed a stainless backsplash, and removed and cut back the kitchen windowsill to accommodate a new, larger faucet that he installed. My kitchen looks great, and the bathroom is awesome....fresh, safe, and stylish. Accomplished with professionalism and humor. Work space was kept as clean as possible, and all debris removed on the final day of the project. I enjoyed working with Don and Dennis, and Mike, who made several trips to deliver whatever was needed for this project."
