He is a great communicator: responded quickly, visited site to review the same day!, started project within days of first contact, and calmly dealt with some unusual neighbor issues. He is talented: he and his partner were efficient with their work, careful and thoughtful (searching for unknowns underground), and tidy - cleaning up after each work day and at end of project.
