"We hired GoGlom to repair the ice maker in our SubZero. The technician who did the repair was on time, polite, and seemed very competent. After he completed the repairs, the ice maker started making ice immediately. However, later that week the ice maker stopped working. We called and emailed the company several times and no one got back to us. Eventually they did pick up the phone and they arranged to have the technician stop by to troubleshoot. The technician did stop by but neither he or anyone else at the company ever told us what the issue was, nor did they arrange to come back to fix the program. We paid them in full for their work and the replacement parts and have now contesting the charges with our credit card company and will be reporting this company to the consumer protection agency."
