"Terrible Experience with Junior Waite via Angie?s List ? Avoid at All Costs. I am beyond disappointed with Junior Waite and Angie?s List for recommending such an unprofessional service provider. Found through Angi List, Junior charged $80 upfront to diagnose my appliance. I warned him I?d be at work (healthcare) and had my brother would let him in. When I could not answer his call immediately, he rudely complained to my brother, ?Why request a service if you are not available?? He demanded payment details multiple times before even finishing the troubleshooting, then quoted $510 to replace a part. I politely declined, explaining to him I would be better off with a new appliance with a five-year warranty cost. He left without reconnecting the part, leaving my appliance unusable. When I called him to ask to put the appliance together and how he found it, citing that past resets make the appliance work g8v8ng me more time to buy a new one. He dismissed me, claiming it ?was not possible. After he reluctantly reconnected the part, I found a wire deliberately left unplugged? one of three! (unless he does not know how to put it back). I checked online to find out where to plug the loose wire, and once fixed, the appliance is now working(giving me time to buy a new one). Junior was rude, dismissive, and incompetent, possibly sabotaging my appliance to make a point. This is my second awful experience with Angie?s List providers, and it? is my last. Avoid Junior Waite, and do not trust Angie?s List?s vetting. Rating: 1/5 Stars"

"These guys are great. I have an 18 year old subzero fridge which suddenly started overcooling the fridge section but making ice fine in the freezer section. Milk was freezing solid. They came out on a Sunday afternoon and diagnosed a faulty control panel. They ordered a new panel and came back Thursday evening to install. Friendly and good communication. Absolutely recommended. Good pricing."

"I had a terrible experience with Ace Kitchen and Appliances when they renovated my kitchen. The entire process took 2-3 weeks longer than promised, STILL NOT FINISHED! which was frustrating from the start. But the real problems began with their poor craftsmanship. To begin with, the pantry wasn't even properly secured to the wall, and I noticed nails carelessly sticking out of the cabinets. The kitchen sink was shockingly installed backwards. On top of that, many of the cabinets were scratched up, and to make matters worse, they damaged my floors and walls during the installation, leaving scratches on both and peeling paint off the walls. They didn’t bother sealing the cabinets or the sink correctly, leaving gaps and an overall unprofessional finish. The soap dispenser for the kitchen sink wasn’t installed at all, and their carelessness didn’t stop there—they even damaged my front door by forcing cabinets through without properly opening it. Overall, I am deeply disappointed with Ace Kitchen and Appliances. Their lack of attention to detail, careless handling of my home, and delays have made this a nightmare renovation. I would not recommend them to anyone."
