The installation of the system was wrong from the beginning. Watering from behind trees as Tony suggested left large swaths of the area dry. The inspection of the old system was erratic with calls for adjustment almost immediate. This is where it went downhill. Twice, Tony was a no-show for adjustments, no call to cancel, he just didn't show up. On the third appointment, he sent his brother who was extremely rude and obnoxious. Instead of listening, he immediately wanted to install a new sprinkler head...at my expense, after having already paid $1,800.00. I finally had to ask him to leave.

tony was a very nice, respectful and funny guy to work with, he did a great job, everything was done as he told us, very easygoing and neat. highly recommend
